Four agreements on the terms and conditions for investing in the creation of enterprises on the territory of the Dobrograd-1 SEZ were signed during the Vladimir Investment Congress

On December 9, the first day of the Vladimir Investment Congress, four investors signed an agreement on the terms for investment in the creation of enterprises on the territory of Dobrograd-1 Special Economic Zone. The next stage will be going through the review of the expert council in the Regional Administration, which will take place in the second half of December. Total investments of future residents will amount to 941.5 million rubles and will create over 150 high-tech jobs on the territory of Dobrograd.

"The interest in the Dobrograd-1 SEZ, which we see from investors, suggests that we have managed to create the most attractive conditions for business development and demonstrated high personal involvement and readiness to provide any assistance and support in the process of launching our residents’ businesses", notes Oleg Fomin, General Director of the Dobrograd-town project. “The development of the SEZ will allow for attracting highly qualified personnel, developing small and medium-sized businesses, and positively influencing the economic situation in the region.”

LLC SVETOGOR Laboratory will launch the production of high-quality lighting products on the territory of the Dobrograd-1 SEZ. The investments will amount to 197 million rubles. The opening of the enterprise is scheduled for the 4th quarter of 2022. As the official partner of PHILIPS Horticultural Lighting in Russia, the company produces lighting products for various applications: road, architectural and artistic, greenhouse, sports, as well as lighting for retail, office and warehouse premises.

LLC HOME ELECTRO SYSTEMS, one of the key players in the domestic engineering market, will start the production of heat pumps in the Special Economic Zone. The volume of investments is 155 million rubles; the launch of the enterprise is planned for the 1st quarter of 2023. Since 2009, the company, which operates in the engineering market of Russia and Europe, has been developing energy-saving heating technologies and holds a leading position among manufacturers of heating equipment in the heat pump segment in Russia.

LLC MEDORT will launch the production of technical equipment for the rehabilitation of disabled persons. 139.5 million rubles will be invested in the creation of a new enterprise; the launch of the enterprise is planned for the 1st quarter of 2023.

LLC MEDORT is a Russian-Polish joint venture that manufactures and sells rehabilitation equipment in Russia. The company’s products consist of five main modifications of the dynamic parapodium. A dynamic parapodium is an orthopedic device for verticalization and mobility (unassisted walking) of people with disabilities (support of the lower limbs and torso).

LLC Mezhdunarodnye Stroitelnye Sistemy (International Construction Systems) will build an enterprise for the production of industrial packaging. The planned investment volume will total 450 million rubles; the project capacity is planned to be met in the 4th quarter of 2023.

Mezhdunarodnye Stroitelnye Sistemy (International Building Systems), an official dealer of Master Builders Solutions, supplies construction materials and injection equipment, and also performs laboratory tests of various construction materials and structures.
