Dobrograd-1 Special Economic Zone began its operations only at the beginning of 2021. Most of the work on the preparation of the SEZ territory for residents has already been completed: utility lines layout has been designed, tenders have been held, approvals from the local administration have been obtained and road maps have been drawn up.
Now the site is actively preparing to welcome its first residents:
- the access road to the SEZ territory from highway M-7 is under construction
- utility lines are being laid
- Section 1 has been supplied with temporary power lines
The plans for September are to start fencing the first portion of Section 1 and the construction of a water supply facility.
